Guy began his construction career in 1975 in his hometown of Alexandria, Louisiana. Since then, he has owned and operated several successful businesses within the construction industry. In 1983 he founded ADB Commercial Construction, Inc. Throughout the past 30 years he has been involved in many facets of commercial construction which include, restaurants, banks, commercial, retail, night clubs, warehouses, new ground-up construction and remodel conversions.
Guy’s commitment to building long term and professional relationships has resulted in ADB’s ability to develop new clients through referrals from their ever-growing satisfied customer base. Mr. Barrios has instilled within his team the principle of providing personal service and putting the needs of the client first and foremost!
Guy is passionate about giving back to the community and takes pride in supporting various organizations including, The Wounded Warrior Project, Combat Marine Outdoors, St. Jude’s, American Diabetes, Susan G. Komen, and Cure for Cancer.
Kevin has over 29 years of experience in the architectural, construction and hospitality industries. Throughout his career he has served in various roles in all phases of construction including Architectural/Owner Representative, Director of Design & Construction, Director of Development, as well as General Contractor. Mr. Thomas has been involved with projects nationwide.
Kevin joined ADB Commercial Construction, Inc. in 2007 wherein he oversees estimating, project management and day-to-day operations. Through his knowledge and experience, he is able to understand and incorporate the needs and desires of each unique client into every project.
Kevin has practiced architecture with two different firms for nine years at the beginning of his career, followed by thirteen years with large restaurant companies including, Landry’s Restaurants, Inc., Fertitta Hospitality, Saltgrass Steak House and Well Seasoned, Inc. His broad range of knowledge and experience bring a needed comfort level to the client for any successful project.
As Chief Financial Officer, Debbie Baker brings 29 years of financial management experience and expertise to ADB Commercial Construction, Inc., with 13 of those years in residential as well as commercial construction. In this role, Debbie directs all financial aspects of the business including accounting practices, budgeting, financial planning and analysis, taxes and monitoring of financial performance. Ms.Baker is also responsible for interfacing with the financial community on ADB’s behalf.
Prior to joining ADB Commercial Construction, Inc. in 2009, Ms. Baker held various challenging positions in the construction industry as CFO/Office Manager for Reed Flooring, LLC and as Accounting Supervisor for Legend Home Corp. in Houston, Texas. In the financial arena, Ms. Baker has experience as Credit Union Assistant Manager for the San Antonio Board of Realtor’s Credit Union as well as Credit Union Manager for Redstone Credit Union in Houston. All of these experiences help form a deep understanding of financial markets and how they directly and indirectly affect the construction industry.
